sfsnb.com ships regularly with Canada Post. Upon your item being shipped you will receive a tracking number for your order, and you can verify that by checking our order. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Interac & American Express. Please make sure that the shipping and billing information matches the address and phone number listed for the card to exclude fraudulent activity. An error may occur if the information does not match and may delay or cause a cancellation overnight for your purchase. If this occurs, you will receive a notificiation.
After placing an order, please allow 1-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Most items are shipped out the same or next day, however, to due inventory demands, your item may be delayed a few days.
Canada Post's estimated shipping time (within Canada): 3-7 business days from shipment date. Please note: These timeframes may vary due to a high-volume of shipments during the pandemic.
Source for Sports North Bay reserves the right to refuse to ship to areas that are considered "Beyond Destination" as the rates are, generally, incredibly high. If you live in an area that is considered "Beyond Destination" (areas that do not have a direct shipment route and the package must be transferred to another carrier) we will contact you prior to shipping and give you the option to pay for the shipping charges then with a Credit Card over the phone, or we will refund your entire order.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused with packages shipped.
